Is Canon City real estate still selling?
I sometimes wonder if people are still buying. However just when I think that the market is dead, another sign goes down, another house sold.
In the neighborhood where my sister’s house is for sale, there are several wonderful town homes for sale. I have seen one close and sell lately. So that gets me to thinking…
Are the people who typically buy in a retirement area afraid to buy right now?
Are they being sold a bill of goods by the media that all is lost?
Are there retired people out there still ready to move but afraid to make that big purchase right now?
All of these question run through my mind.
Right now I am being a good and dutiful sister and doing all I can as my sister’s webmaster/sales agent/ canon city real estate guru to sell her house. Just so you know. I am not a Canon City real estate professional.
I am a sister who does online marketing for local business and I also make videos out of pictures for weddings, memorials, and any special occasion.
I am really out of my league when faced with the canon city real estate pros, but as a consumer, I do have many questions about what is selling in the canon real estate market, what is not selling and why?
With these beautiful flowers in the yard and a quiet, dead end street, why wouldn’t someone want this beautiful town home right now?
